  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your products and include the original dispatch note or a piece of paper with your order details inside the parcel.

  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a tracked postal service to our warehouse address provided by the support team and retain your proof of postage.
